Originally born in Munich, Germany in 1975, the daughter of a US Army Staff Sergeant and a lovely German Fraulein, Rebekka has been a visual artist since she could hold a pencil and a pair of scissors properly. Rebekka was lucky enough to be born into a creative family. Many of the people she grew up with had creative streaks and her mentors encouraged her to explore her own ideas and to not be afraid to experiment. Rebekka's art has always had a unique, free-flowing style to it which has carried over through the years of her creative evolution. Currently Rebekka's work can be described as abstract psychedelic with a touch of grafitti. She counts Jean-Paul Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Salvador Dali as major influences of her work."
