The phoenix rises out of the ash and rubble.
New life from destruction of old cities in the mind.
Cities that were built to defend and protect at all costs.
Walls put up to keep from feeling humanities struggles.
Out of it all, as they come crumbling down,
Miracles arise in reverence to this holy land.
Now in reception, the expanse unfolds
Ready, giving birth to the love that we are.
Lives intertwined, commingled in the highest realms.
A City of Light will be built with no walls.
Only doors to the inner most truth of our souls.
And windows into the deep love of our hearts.
Cities of gold, sweet gardens, waters cleansing
Where life grows constantly to fruition.
A joy, a purity of purpose, a grace of integrity
Beauty and passion burning an eternal flame.
Keep the high watch. Know the truth of ourselves.
Be gentle and kind and alive as God is.
Love at all costs, now, in this wild world.
Till we know we are one forever.
